Kindness Creative Writing I am Kind Journal Prompts for Character Education

Use these kindness creative writing journal prompts to help focus on and teach social-emotional learning, character education, and kindness.

This comes with 24 creative writing prompts about different ways to be kind where students can illustrate and write about their experiences. It also comes in 2 versions (dotted writing lines for younger students and simple lines for older students.

You can preprint each journal prompt page and staple them together to create an I am Kind Writing Journal/Book or you can pass out each page individually and staple them when complete.

When you learn about ways to be kind in each situation, encourage kids to draw a picture showcasing their kindness ideas and then write about it. You can brainstorm different ideas together.

Students can dictate sentences, copy sentences, write sentences, write a story about kindness, or write an expository paragraph to show what they know.

This writing journal is perfect for homeschool, classrooms, or families looking to add a little kindness to the month.
